  Your invoice number is included in the email we sent after your service was completed or your quote was approved. It typically starts with “INV-” followed by a number. Check your inbox or spam folder for an email from systMD.

• Is my payment information secure?

  Absolutely. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Your financial data is fully protected.

• Will I receive a receipt after paying?

  Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt immediately after your payment is processed. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

• Can I pay in installments or set up a payment plan?

  For larger projects or ongoing services, we offer flexible payment plans. Contact us to discuss installment options that work for your budget. Managed IT and hosting clients are billed on a monthly or annual cycle.
